Steps to get house plans approved (send all of these first via email to the ACC):
1. Set of plans with elevations
2. Plot plan showing all setbacks
3. Landscaping plan
4) Building List/Info Needed PDF link to information needed.
Before plans can be reviewed the following fees must be paid: (Review fee and fine if ANY work is done before plans are approved. This fine is in addition to the review fee.) Fine is 100% of the cost to review. No exceptions. NOTHING CAN BE DONE PRIOR TO HOA APPROVAL.
1. Review of House Plans = $2500 (100% more if a builder that is not on our approved list..and we do allow them to build.)
2. Review of landscaping plans = $1000
3. Review of driveway plans = $100
4. Review of Additions, Remodeling, Screened Porch plans, etc. = $1000
5. Review of changes to house siding = $100
6. Review of house re-staining/painting = $100
7. Review of lot/parcel combinations = $250
Paperwork for banks/title companies:
Banks and title companies may need the HOA to fill in forms. The fees are as follows and are paid in advance BEFORE the HOA does the work:
1. Forms to determine whether dues are up to date: $250
2. Questionnaires: $250
3. Sending HOA insurance docs: $250
